So they over charged me and allowed my line to continue use data beyond my paid data. If I want extra I have to use a option to extend but for some reason it didn't need that and just used data. When signing a contract we stipulated that a R50 will be charged max over my limit to allow it to block. So now I'm being charged an extra R600 what happens to the R50 agreement. I will not pay until we agree on this.
