**** NETWORK

So my iphone is giving me problems and I decided to prepare for worst case scenario, should it stop working altogether and buy a back up sim card and use my old phone until I can fix my iphone. I bought a Cell C sim card and RICA'd and I \HAD TO\" buy R5 airtime, it's basically mandatory - which is totally strange. Anyway I got back to work and switched the phone on only to find 'Limited Service\". i returned to CNA, where I had bought the Sim card and the person confirmed that I had already RICA'd. I can't even call or load the airtime I bought or call the call cntre coz THERE IS NO NETWORK!!! I don't even know what my number is coz your packaging does not show the number you bought. Poor poor poor product and service!"
