**** billing service..as usual

So after years of being with Cell C...3 contracts later...They never seem to lack in disappointing me and messing up my billing, contract after contract they just cannot get it together. So I cancelled a data contract about 1 year ago, called in to get the amount and asked if anything was outstanding(between, maternity leave,going back and being unemployed, I realised I could have skipped payments and also did not use my router for a while) anyway...I was given an amount..I paid it and the contract was cancelled. 3 months later I was harassed by them saying I owe money. Nobody could give an explanation and nothing came of it. Life went on for me with my new born baby...A year later I have been called by a collection agency stating I owe cell c money...calls up and down and feeble explanations, saying I am liable but still no reason or apologies from cell c as to how they keep doing this. I have no gone to a Westgate mall branch where I have asked to hear a recording of the calls. Romano has supposedly been assisting me but still no response. I keep having to physically go to the store with still no conclusion or proper assistance. No call back with feedback and I am unable to renew the 1 contract I still have. I am now under legal action and still no 1 person can assist me in how 1 year later all this is going on. Seriously pathetic service from call centre and store level. Ever rising data costs for less and less service.... honestly what does one have to do to be helped and find resolution...
