Cracked Screen

I am so disappointed in Cell C Insurance!!!! Disappointment is an understatement. I handed my cellphone in for repairs on the 15th of December 2019. Sales consultant told me I will get my phone back within 21 days that I handed my phone in. I phone the insurance company Monday 6th of January just to get some info regarding my phone... The consultant at the insurance dept. told me that I must phone back Friday 10th of January because my phone is still with repairs. I phoned now (10th of January) now only to hear that my phone is still with repairs ( cracked screen only) and that I must phone again in the new week which will be then one month since I have handed my phone in. Why must we do follow ups? Why do we have to wait a month for a phone to be repaired? This is totally bad service. I've read the bad reviews about Cell C insurance, but me being me never listen.
