***ardly *********** service!

I took my brand new Nokia Lumia 530 in to Sebastian's store. I asked the consultant, Luvuyo, to replace the sim inside the phone with my Cell C contract sim. He used a paper clip, however I thought he knew what he was doing, and refrained from recriminating him. The screen message said: Invalid SIM, and he told me to get the phone unlocked. I went home, but my friend, who is an IT specialist, took one look, and showed me where Luvuyo damaged the sim reader.
Sebastian was not forthcoming with what I was entitled to, as a customer, and person whose phone was damaged by a Cell C employee! And now, damaged and not working!
On monday, 13 April 2015, I emailed Sebastian and called his office, leaving a message. I tried calling back numerous times, however, all I can surmise, is that he saw my cellphone number on the id-called display, and chose not to answer it. He has not returned my call, nor rep**** to my reasonable and informative email.
I tried going IN TO the store, and left another message.....but to no avail!
WHY did Sebastian not inform me of my right to choose between a replacement phone or a repair?
I do NOT wanted the repaired phone back. I did not damage it, why should I?
