If there was a reward for stupidity insensative ageism ***** cheats and any other derogatory remarks then cell c would win by a huge margin Cell c sales staff *******ly renewed my contract without my consent apart from 4 other cases of dishonesty So I complained Their answer is I must send them an affidavit a bank statement and my id all by email When I pointed out to them there is such a thing called covid 19 out there they still demanded an affidavit signed at a police station I further pointed out that I am bed ridden with heart/stress problems they do not care they want their affidavit The police station here is also on lockdown so no affidavit I am 72 and not in good health and not a hope in hell would I risk the disease for their pedantic attitude And as for any promises made I am still waiting 22 days for them to get right back to me It is no surprise that cell c is on the skids to being closed forever as only a stupid person would sign a contract with them
