Covid 19 Assistance not received

I just want to let you know, that I am very disappointed and disgusted with my experience with the big cellphone company Cell C. I contacted them this morning with regards to this Covid 19 situation / Lockdown and informed them that I will not be receiving my salary this month. Their response was that if they do not get a payment they will disconnect my phone until I can pay them.

This is unfair towards your loyal customers, you must understand. No work no pay but their attitude and assistance is pathetic. I have been paying my account on a regurlar basis and this is how they treat their customers.

Cell C you need to assist your loyal customers as their other institutions are assisting. Come to the party as everyone, how can i pay my account if I am not even getting paid.
