Coverage Problems at Cell C site 8120

After logging a ticket at Cell C regarding my complaint about poor reception/coverage lately, I still haven't gotten any feedback from them whatsoever. I had problems connecting to their 3G network for the past 3 weeks now. I never had such a problem stretching for so long now. Connecting was never such a hassle. I've reported to them that there might be a problem at one of their base stations/cellular towers, as I get 0... 0bps upload, meaning it takes ages just to open a damn browser. I regularly play games online, and had no problems in the past. Now it's unbearable and frustrating. Even did a ping test, resulting in like 5mbps download rate and 0.03 upload. I mean really Cell C, fix your damn site. I own 2 contracts with them costing me R1000+ a month. I will have no choice but to turn to another cellular provider, that \provides"service.
