CORRECT MY STATUS ON THE BUREAU

I settled my cell c account in December but up until this day this account is still showing on the credit bureau I CANNOT apply for anything because it looks like I'm a bad payer i emailed you guys and you guys provided me with the paid up letter but it still shows i sent you guys mgs emailed i called but nobody is helping me i want a manager or someone higher than a manager to sort this out i have had it with this you guys harasser me for months to pay and now that I’ve paid i have nothing to show for it this is keeping me behind in life disgusting service
