Corporate ******!!!!!

For the past several months I've had issues with my airtime disappearing. Naturally I call their pathetic excuse for a customer service call centre to find out where my airtime went and it's always the same answer...\you were on the internet\" , I could not dispute this the first time around as my cellular data was open for all my apps. I then made sure that I restricted cellular data to ALL my apps and only opened a particular app when I was using it. The problem still persisted. On Monday 4/4/2016 Cell went too far and over R50 of my airtime went missing. I laid a complaint with Nosipho, *** and I still have not had a response. Cell C are thieving *******s who don't know how to treat their customers! "
