copy of my contract

Hi there,<br> <br> I have been calling cell c direct for 2 days to get a copy of my contract because the phone that I took was over the phone not in the store. I want a detailed copy of my contract. when I call someone says choose option this then from there option this until someone told me I will receive it in 30 minutes but that never happen, I then call again to be told will take 48 hours of which that is pathetic, why 48 hours for copy that they have in their computer. their service is very poor and so bad at the same time. I'm regretting that i took a contract with cell c.
