copy of my contract

Hi there,<br> <br> This is 2nd time writing about the copy of my contract. How can I not get a copy of the contract that I will be paying in order for me to know what are the rules and regulations of the product that I took and what I am abided from. I'm tired of getting calls that are not conducive and not having way forward about the copy of contract I need. simple if I am not getting the copy I am going to take it up with lawyers and payment will only be done once I have this copy and every time I call I'm told different information of which they misleading me. I'm not expecting anyone to call me, only thing I need is copy of contract in my email box. if not send me email that I am not going to get it then we will talk. my email is [Email Removed] this is a first time getting this service or maybe its because I am black person, rude staff, lack of professionalism and education, lack of training only to mislead people, their services is so bad from staff to management, I spoke to different people all of the them they the same.
