Contrcat not canclled

On 8 April 2023 I called to cancel my three contracts.

On 3 May I was called from your collections department regarding an outstanding department to inform me that I owe you money and was then informed that only one contract was cancelled. I then asked for the matter to be investigated and for a manager to call me to resolve this.

Today I was called by a consultant "Waseem" who was rude, spoke over me and basically told me that I won't be allowed to speak to a manager.

I need this to be resolved.
