Contravention section 30 consumers protection act

I passed by the Cell C store at Lakeside mall earlier during the day yesterday to confirm they had stock of the LG G4 advertised at R399/month on the Epic 150 contract with R1397 of free goodies that included a 32 gig micro sd card . I was assured they had stock . When I returned to the store later in the day it became apparent that they were unaware or just don`t care about section 30 of the consumers protection act regarding bait marketing as I was informed that as of that moment the deal no longer included the 32 gig micro sd card and that I`ll have to take up the matter with LG myself . The offer only ends on the 30th of November . Wow it is very clear that they don`t care about their customers .
