Contractual dispute

How do I get the cell c Arrears removed from my credit score...I don't owe cell c a cent, the contract with cell c never occurred as I was sent wrong devices and I called cell c company for arrangement of devices collection, and the devices were collected from me on the 8th February 2023. Thereafter I called them to cancel the contract since I couldn't pay for things that are not in my possession. I have never used any of the devices the have sent me. And now a R3,035 is still hanging on my credit score as a red flag. I have been calling them concerning the matter and I am told that the contract does not appear on their system. Who can assist me in Removing that Arrears on my Credit Score
