Contracts ****s!!

Cell c has done it again, after resolving one issue, they coming with another stress for me as the customer. My account was due for an upgrade, i was on 50 gig day, 50gig night.. I downgraded to 30 gig day and 20 gig night on the 2nd of june, mind you they loaded 50gig on the 1st of june, upgrade on the 2nd of june. So instead of letting me use my 50gig, they automatically cut it of and gave me the new package of 30 day n 20 night. To my surprise now im billed for the 50 gig plus for the new upgrade and i have to pay in full! Nahh this really day light *******, i regret taking the upgrade now, i am really ****ed, how can i pay for data that i didnt even use for 2days and worse part full amount!! Worse part i was upgrading for 2 contracts, yoy can imagine the amount i need to pay now!! Cell C is purely ******* NOW!!

Dear Andy Bankx

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced with your recent contract upgrade and billing.
We understand how upsetting it must be to see charges for data you weren’t able to fully use, especially after moving to a new package. Please note that when a package change takes place, system processes may result in pro-rata charges for both the outgoing and incoming plans—however, this should never feel unclear or unfair. We are currently investigating the matter to ensure all charges are accurate, and if necessary, we will escalate it for further review. Our support team will be in touch shortly to assist you directly.
We truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to resolve this for you.

Regards
Cell C | NT

Best regards,
