CONTRACTS PHONES TAKEN UNDER MY NAME *****ULANTLY

On the 07/07/15 I received an sms from SSDA debt collectors for cell C requesting me to settle an overdue amount for 2 contracts phones, this really shocked me as I have never had a contract with cell c and have always been an MTN client. I then called cell C Sandton to enquire about this dilemma, after been taken from pillar to post was then told to go to the nearest cell c shop for assistance. I then went to do an affidavit at the police station took it with me to cell C in cresta where I was assisted by Modise. He lodged a compliant and sent all necessary docs to their ***** department and was told then will give me feedback in 48hrs which I'm still waiting for. What really angers me most is the fact that Cell c didn't do a proper investigation they decided to hand me over to their collectors for debt that i'm not liable for. How possible is it that a person can take 2 contracts on a same day being assisted by 2 different consultants, which makes me think that those consultants are somehow involved in this matter they must be investigated. All I want is Cell C to attend to this matter urgently, I want my name cleared, will never rest until this has been resolved!!
