Contracts issue resolution

I last complained about Cell C's service. I'm not 2018, my *** contract was due for renewing but I knew I was not working and wanted to cancel. However, the sales consultant cornered me until I have in saying, "surely I can afford R89pm and when I get a job I won't have to start from scratch". I gave in but since I have not gotten a job until now, I have not been able to pay towards the contract. I have phoned numerous times to cancel the 2 contracts but was told I had to pay the amounts owing up first for that. Where am I to get the money when I am not working? I was last told by SMS to pay around R10 000 but since there were numerous times when I tried to contact Cell C about this issue, this was not the final amount. Kindly be reminded that I started contacting Cell C by phone many times about this issue. Please also note that I don't have the money. I have now tried checking with my relatives and the one who can help me can only raise R5 000 and that too by taking a loan. Please allow me to pay this R5 000 and open the line for me especially for incoming calls as I have used the *** number in most of my job applications. Furthermore no employer will want to employ someone with a bad credit record. Please consider my situation as the escalation of the debt to reach R10 000 is not only my fault but also due to Cell C reckless sales attitude and unwillingness to assist me earlier.
