Contracts
So my husband has been a customer of Cell C for more that 20 years now, and we both gave contracts that fall under his name..... Recently we had to go under debt review and we were told that thepgone contracts wont be put under debt review and that if we should want to upgrade, we can do so but not take out something that is more than what we budgeted for, and we receive a letter to take with us that states our payments are regular and on time...... Off we go to Cell C to get an upgrade..... And then we told they not able to help us. Why tell us 1 thing and then when we get there its a completely different story.......

05 Jan 2023, 18:57But our contracts are not part of the debt review process, and its makes it extremely hard to understand..... Im not planning on taking a phone thats more expensive, I know what we able to afford, and our payments for our contracts gets debited on time every month
