Contracts added to your aco**** without authorization
I've logged numerous complaints on their website and no one contacts you back. A contract has been added to my account that I did not sign up for and money has been deducted from my account in Oct for this contract. I phoned on 30 Oct to have this contract removed and the contact center advised that it will be removed. Yesterday I received another Bill for this contract and the money will be deducted end November. REMOVE THIS FROM MY ACCOUNT!
