Contracts

This is my third contract phone with cell c, the first phone I did not attempt insuring, second phone I struggled to reach them, third phone I struggled to reach them as well after purchase, with my third I took 2 phones but 1 Sim card was delivered, I'm paying for the other Sim card since July 2021, I tried to call I couldn't get help, I even went to cell c kolonade where I even requested for call records I was denied and I still don't hv the sim card but I'm still paying every month. After buying a phone they make sure u can't get hold of the insurance department therefore u can't insure ur phone and they will never call u unless it's in their favor
