CONTRACTS

I went to Cell C at Trade Route Mall to sort out my phone. Arriving at the store we asked when our upgrade was available. The sales assistant said it was due in March but he can do the upgrade in February. He did the upgrade on my contract. The Tablet came together with the phone.<br> <br> Now I owe Cell C R1125.00 for three contracts. When it was my understanding that the phone and the tablet came as a package deal. He activated a new contract on my current and even though I signed the paperwork he never explained to me that this is what he was doing because according to my knowledge he was just doing the normal upgrade. <br> <br> I have taken the step not to pay this account and to cancel my contracts because this was ********* on his part.<br> <br> Will not deal with Cell C ever again.
