contract without notification

I have had a. Contract line with CellC since 2006 november,last year november my account went into arrears due to financial problems.4/02/2015 I contacted them to arrange aa settlement as I no longer wanted to continue with the contract line. To my suprise I was told that. My line was cancelled I know longer have a contract with CellC. I was given the number for collections and spoke to Karabo Kgasake whocould not answere my question. He then promised to send me a break down of my account as requested,which he never did. The week after I got a call from MMMCapital collecting money for Cell I have posed a number questions to them as to fairness of there actions. As per the. Clause they qouted I have to be notified if they cancel my contract,which they never did. I was even threaten by legal action when I queried the payment and circustances of events. CellC does not see anywrong doing and currently they do not have a shred of evidence to show that I was notified of cancelation and the possibility of being handed over. I don't mind paying that I have made clear,however I won't stand being treated unfairely and being bul**** into a corner. <br>
