Contract with cellc
****med money by cellc I had 2 contract with cell c for cell phone and wifi router both 24 months contracts 1 for wifi router ended in October last year but they didn't stop debuting my money i called they said I was supposed to call them after 24 months I mean the contract I signed was for a 24 months period I don't understand this thing of calling them and they don't tell us such when we taking these contract ok I called and cancelled and asked the consultant to cancel my second contract too once I finish my 24 months but till now they are chowing my money m no longer even with the network when ever I call them they make me stay on the line until my airtime runs out and they don't bother to call back this month they debuted twice in 1 month I don't know what I am still paying for

In line with the terms and conditions of the subscriber agreement, you are required to provide a calendar month notice in order to have your contract cancelled on its maturity date.
If this agreement is not cancelled during the contract period or on expiry of the contract period and is not renewed, then this agreement will run for
the contract period and then on a month-to-month basis until the Agreement
is cancelled.
