Contract Upgrades

I am disappointed in the service received from the Westgate branch in Gauteng.<br> <br> I initially app**** for a contract upgrade on the 14th October 2015, I know certainly that when I got my first contact 24 months ago my phone took less than a week to be approved and delivered. Is it not also stated in Cell-C's terms and conditions promised to us the customers that when applying for a contract upgrade the phone will be ready in less than 7 working days. I waited from the 14th until Thursday the 22nd, when I took initiative to find out the current status of the phone delivery but no one from your customer service could be of any assistance, I then took it to my initiative to call again on Friday the 23rd (bear in mind that I was promised that I would be called before 7 days), I spoke to a representative from the west gate branch (Thabo) who was of great help on the phone. He helped me firstly by assuring me that the phone has arrived and even called me back to ascertain me that he will be at the store with the phone awaiting my arrival.
