contract upgraded with no phone delivered- part 5

<p>5th complaint to hello peter....... still no phone . Puleng from upgrades phoned me and told me they cant give me the phones that they have upgraded me with. She said they didnt check their stock before offering it to me . she offered me other phones which she said is simi**** to the ones I was going to upgrade with , when I compared the ones she offered me to the ones I suppose to get ,i found that she was downgrading me and I must pay a little more than what I was suppose to pay initially. . when I asked her about that she kept quiet and said will get back to me with other options ......still waiting ....Vusi from customer care phoned and was going to look at other options and call me back .....still waiting.......</p>
