contract upgraded with no phone delivered- part 4

<p>This is the 4th complaint for the same query to hello peter........still waiting for my phone from the 15th december . Nelly from social media section is still investigating from december . In the last review , the reply was "We have requested Nelly to follow up on this matter and ensure that your handset is delivered and provide you with feedback as soon as possible." .......... still waiting for that phonecall or handsets as its two phones .......Is the investigation that complicated?????</p>
