contract upgraded with no phone delivered- part 3

<p>From the 15th December waiting.nelly from social media section of cell c is handling my query. The 1 st hello Peter complaint she called and said she is investigating the query .........still waiting. ,the second hello Peter query,she called and said she will call the next day........still waiting. I can only imagine what a she's going to say now....... cellc can upgrade ur contract but can't give me the phone because they still investigating......not sure how hard it is to just give me the phone.......and I'm told I'm a VIP client........</p>
