contract upgraded- no cell phone received part 6

<p>Still have not received my phones- from 15 th Dec. I have been told that the contract are chose ( Samsung A 3 and j 2 )been discontinued. Nelly from social said she will speak to upgrades manager to get a similar deal for me if they can. But can't promise me anything...... I have just been to one of ur stores, apparently they receiving stock of this phones this week and they have a big poster with the same contract I chose.so can someone pls tell me who's lieing...... why I can't get my phones????? I have been a loyal customer for 15 years, my credit record is excellent.....so why?</p>
