Contract upgrade declined

I've send emails to ask them why my contract can't be renewed and they rep**** by saying they will contact me in 2 days time. 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting. So then I emailed to another email adress and still even waiting for an email back from that adress so now I'm forced to go this route and social media because no one is getting back as to why my contract gets declined.
