Contract Upgrade
I took an upgrade with Cell C on the 15th July, all was confirmed. Today is the 04th August and I am still awaiting for my order. I was told that they do not have stock of the Samsung Watch that comes with the S20+ My question to Cell C is how do you promote something you don't have stock of? should a paying customer wait 3 weeks before they receive their upgrades?

Thanks for your response but I did not upgrade yesterday, I upgraded on the 15th July, what have you been doing since the 15th July? Today its the 04th August, what have you been doing all along? My query has been escalated many times with No solution, so lets see what will your support say different to me
