Contract upgrade and renewal

I have many contracts with Cell C, on 2022/11/04 of of my contracts expired but for some odd reasons they renewed and upgraded my contract without my consent and on the 20th they debited from my account, I called Cell C customer care today 2022/11/26 to query about this and I was told that they renewed and upgraded my expiring contract, I was so surprised as I never gave them any permission to renew nor upgrade my contract. Cell C rep contacted me on 2022/08/21 for contract renewal and upgrade and I told her that I am not interested but now in November they decided to renew and upgrade my contract without my consent. I asked them for refund because they did that without my consent and I was told that there is a process that needs to be followed so they need an affidavit from SAPS, bear in my they failed to follow the process when they were upgrading my contract and now they are telling about the process that I need to follow. I asked them to listen to the recording of the 04th of November 2022 as I was told that my account was renewed and upgraded on that day so that they can hear what was my response with this regard as I did not receive any call from Cell C on that day so they told me that they won't be able to listen to the recording. My ID number is *** and my cell number is ***. I just want my money back because I never authorize for any upgrade and I am not going to the SAPS to obtain an Affidavit because they upgraded and renewed my contract without my knowledge and consent.
If there's a process that needs to be followed here, did your team follow the process? If not, why do I have to follow the process for something that was done without my knowledge or permission?
I'm living in rural areas so I won't be able to go to the SAPS for affidavit, how about the one who upgraded my contract do so on my behalf as you already upgraded without my consent?
Unfortunately I won't be able to go to the police station for an affidavit and I should think you will be able to investigate without the Affidavit and my ID copy as you did when upgrading my sim without my consent. All I want is my money back 😩 😪 😫 😕 🤧 is that too much to ask?
