Contract Upgrade

<p>I would just like to thank Cynthia from the Cell C branch at East Rand Mall for her excellent service. On Saturday 22 October 2016 I went along with my grandmother to upgrade her cellphone. After being sent away 3 times form the Lakeside mall Branch, due to them being off line - and their workers being so unfriendly we eventually went to the East Rand Mall branch. Cynthia assistated us from the beginning. She even assisited my grandmother in afrikaans due to her struggling with english. She was so friendly and explained everything that we wanted to know. Her service was absolutely brilliant. Well done Cynthia, we honestly need more people like you!! </p>
