Contract upgrade

I phone Cell c for a contract update on one of my contracts that fully paid up. I always let the debit order going through as well any payment and never was late or in arears. Now i tried to upgrade to a new phone after two years and its a week and i just cant. Every time they come up with a different story. Cant wait for my two other contracts to be done so that i never have to deal with them ever again. They chase clients away!!
