Contract Upgrade
ID - ***<br> cell# - ***/ ***<br> Good Day<br> I have received a call on the 15th Dec from Cell C consultants offering me an upgrade. I have agreed for upgrade of 119 a month Huawe tablet 7\ with 1G data. To my surprise I have received an sms saying I am migrated to an open line. I cannot afford it so I called 084143 to cancel that so I can reupdate so they said I must call 084145 which I did. To my surprise 145 send me to 143. Ineed someone to assist.<br> I need this reverted to where is was. If that cannot be done I want to cancel it.<br> <br> Please get back to me ASAP"
