***** contract under my name now i am being sent to debt collectors when i have already reported to cell c u are tarnashing my credit score
Good Morning Cell C
In january i was a victim of ***** identity where a person opened a contract under my name Sello Winter Makhubo *** which i reported to cell c sandton and was advised to go to the police station to do a affidavit which i did and provided to cell c and was advised it was sent to the ***** department to investigate today after 7 months i get a call from mbd about me being in debt which i told the agent it was a ***** so now i wanna find out if it was cleared so my name can be cleaned .

22 Aug 2024, 11:54I cant accept your apologies if u making my credit score bad and this was reported in january what i dont understand its the fact that a lady from cell c sandton was telling me i need to go to the main offices meanwhile i did submit the documents showing its ***** so now i am handed to debt collectors for something reported 7 months ago

i need feedback on my issue cos i get a lot of calls from mbd and i have explained it was a **** and now its affecting my credit score please sort out ur issues and clean my name b4 i have to go through the route of media cos i reported this in feb and u only picking this up now
