Contract that I never requested
I made contact with Cell C in the week to find out what is the outstanding amount due.
The agent kept insisting that I owe no balance this was on Tuesday. My bank details is back on ABSA which was suppose to be changed to Capitec for the past 5 months.
As per the collections department I now have a new contract with Cell C which is not suppose to be. And they will e deducting an mount on the 27 of this month which I also did not give any consent to.
Here are the two account numbers
1. R740 - ********** 43 -? 2. R875 ********** 52 ?
Case Reference ********** 589
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
