Contract that I didn't sign for

Dear cell C boss. Hope you are well.

I have a problem with cell c. Early this year my account was debited an amount of R 849 that I didn't know what was t for. Then I called your call center to ask and the answer that I got was I have a contract with you guys and I told the consultant that I dont have any contact with you and the last contact I had with cell c was 6 years back, and the guy told me to go to my nearest cell c and submit my copy of an I'd and an affidavit(makhado), I did that but last week I went to the cell c store to find if the contract has been cancelled but the lady told me that the papers were not submitted. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM COZ ITS REALLY MESSING MY CREDIT COZ I HAVE CANCELED THE DEBIT ORDERS AND THE BANK TOLD ME YOU'VE BEEN TRYING TO DEDUCT. I DONT HAVE CONTRACT WITH YOU.
