Contract termination request and poor customer service

Please assist with this complaint, I have been trying to terminate my contract with cell C from last year. I was advised to pay a once off payment as per their process which I did and I was also advised to call them back once the payment was done and I did that. I was advised that my contract was cancelled however it was not.

I spoke to the below individual:

Tebogo Thoka Lerato Boshielo (Ref No: *** Lungile Mhlongo Mpilo Ncube (Team Lead) Faith Tshililu The last Team Lead that I spoke to on the 01.02.2021 was Dineo Seleci. She told me that she will investigate this matter and come back to me, I'm still waiting to date.

I'm so frustrated with Cell C as this is not the only complaint I had with them. The only reason for my contract terminations is poor customer service.
