27 May 2022, 12:30Cell c simply replies with generic messages to shut you up on this platform but they do not contact you to resolve the issue as their plan is to delay canceling their contracts to keep debiting for as long as they can. They are no different from ********. As their call centre is useless and blatantly refuse to cancel and supervisors who they claim will return customer phone call queries and don't. Dispeakable practice from such a big company.
