Contract termination problems

on 05th of July 2017 I've settled 4 accounts with Cell c. I paid in total R12 128.04 to cancel the 4 accounts. In the beginning of January I received a call from cell c's debt collectors demanding that I must still pay an amount of R200 odd, failure to pay will lead to them placing me on ITC.

I have had this same problem previously. This whole mess is because of Lamese With SFID ********** . it turns out that I had 2 different accounts. 3 of my contacts was connected to the one account and the other contract connected to the other account. Lamese told me that I must pay the whole amount on one account and they will just allocate the payment to the correct account. This only happened a month or so later. Now the money Cellc expect me to pay is for that month.

I fell that the persons responsible for this mishap can pay Cell C the money they demand from me. If you can provide me with an direct email I can forward the proof of payment along with all 4 Termination forms.
