Contract Termination Debits continue!

When I left SA in 2022, I informed Cell C and it was explained that either I paid a penalty as I had some time on my contracts or I can let the debit orders goes off which I did. This was supposed to end in October 22. I eventually managed to send a signed letter and a copy of my passport to close one of them, the other which is *** they said I could only close in September 2023 as I had a 24 month contract that had to see out its term. Never agreed to this as the handset was the same one linked to that number and never agreed to this.Cell C after several emailnattemots to resolve this has chosen to only furnish me with their 2021 updated terms and agreements and ignored my requests to prove that I had extended the contract! I am at my wits end as each month I have been debited and tried phoning from here in the UK with no luck in resolving! Please can someone help to resolve pr do I just put a stop order to resolve my issue?
