Contract Termination

I had a contract with Cell C and I decided to pay the settlement amount of that contract of which I did. The consultant gave that amount. When I called the call centre they said I will be able to cancel the contract after 7working days. I called them and to my surprise they are saying I must pay R701 commitment fee and when I asked them what is that for because when I paid the settlement amount the commitment fee was inclusive. Cell C is just bullying me and this is a ****************. I keep up with their bad service every day now this. I can't take this anymore.
