Contract Terminated

<p>In April 2017, I made an arrangement with Cell C on a arrears amount on my contract, of paying an additional amount of R 500 minimum per monht until the arrears amount is paid up, the end of that month after i had mad an arrangment Cell C debits my account with R 3 000.00 and some odd rand, the full out standing amount after making an arrangment, I then went to my bank and reversed R 1500.00 as I made an arrangment to pay a certain amount on a monthly basis, in the Month of May, Cell C doesnt deduct anything, which i found strange , then in June they deduct R 1, 800.00 so i went to my bank again and reversed R 1000.00 expecting Cell C to call me, today i receive a call from Blake & Associates - attorenys in Durban, stating that my account has been canceled by Cell C and that i need to pay the settlement amount of R 3000.00 and some odd in order to settle and close the account, what kind of service does a provider like that give, seeing that i made an arrangment and only received a call in April 2017 when i made an arrangement, so in futher ill deal with Vodacom, MTN and Telkom. </p> <p> </p> <p>Cell C should not even bother responding to this complaint as I will not deal with pathetic service providers like this, and this after being a client of theirs for longer than 6 years</p>
