contract terminate

I have a contract with Cell C for 100 Pinnacle with end 22 May 2018 (R200.00). I received an msg that I am due for upgrade where I took 50 Pinnacle, which will start from the 1st April 2018. Samsung Galaxy Grand and ZTE Ufi. I did speak to Siphamandla who I asked more than thrice that the new package will resume on the 1st and he agreed. On the 1st March I receive the new package instead of the old one. I called the call center and Lelethu Nqono told me that there is a system clash but she will log a query for me to be rectify. 72 hours and Cell C did not respond. On 05th I call again to find out from Orile Zwane a call was not logged by Lelethu. Then she will log a new query but I insist that I speak to a team leader (Lungiswa Ntshwanti) who promise me that she will look into the matter and resolve it. later I receive a call from Sphamandla who told me that the old package was discontinued. So meaning he was **** to me prior to signed me. I don't want the cellphone anymore hence I have experienced so many problem with Cell C before. i.e 2017/10/15 I was charged R50 for sim swapped after my line was blocked. they promised to attend to my query by Moses and he did not. the worse was that my line was blocked. when I asked they told me my sim card was terminated from my sim. Which I never removed my sim from my phone. Anyway that was water under the bridge. Now I am so ****ed that if I allow this it I wont be able to get it right. Cell C must just come fetch their package as I have requested and I am still under 7 days prior to return the goods. Siphamandla said he will log a query to collection.
