Contract taking too long

<p>Sale Reference: SPI ********** 41</p> <p> </p> <p>Hi there,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have app**** for a cell phone contract since two weeks back I have not received any feedback. However when I call the sales agent he tells me that the system had a problem.</p> <p>Today he told me that he sent the documents but the guys that review the documents are asking where are they, while he has attached them on the email.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please look at my application.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,<br /> Stan</p> <p> </p>

I got a reply from Sydney saying my ID copy is not clear I just sent him a clear one hopefully it won't take too long to process my application.
