Contract taken with Cell c for R299.00
I lodged a complaint two months ago ,Skhumbuzo Ndlovu was dealing the query,untill today nothing has been done I am still experiencing the same problem.I have send him direct emails with no respond. I have send him proof that I did call cell c still nothing.Can Cell c deal with this matter in a professional manner and give it to a consultant who knows why are they at work.I am really not happy with the way Cell C is doing and they r refusing to cancell their contract wheras they are billing me wrong.
