contract still not cancelled get more service

i am very unhappy the service cell c has for they customers the get more service is a waist of your money people should not even think to take it out when you try to get through to them on they number you dont get through you will hold on for dear live just hearing this man voice about the product and services i have cancel this in january they told me i cant cancel it must be a month so in feb is suppose to be cancel but they did not there was no wording in the call off a regisration fee that need to be paid they just inform you what the product is about and the money you will pay every month they are manipulating the customers so they can get sale i need this get more service removed from my name my ref ***9 as soon as im done with cell c i will be changing my number to vodacom as they call centre is much more expierence
