Contract still deducted yet ended 2015 and can't get money back
<p>I took 2 contracts out at cell C 2013 and lost both phone even thouse I didn't put insurance on them never got letters nor sms's stating my contract is ending 2015 it's a year and half since 2015 and they being still deducting went to shop where I took out contracts one said I must pay R579 in as last payment&closure at nedbank in August 2016 which I did then still deductions went off went again last month a lady helped and said to me my contact is supposed to have ended 2015 already asked her after all money they been deducting where or how can I get all payments back she said sorry mam they don't do that I lost everything </p>
The contract ends when it has been cancelled, as per the terms and conditions of the agreement.
You can cancel the agreement by giving Cell C 20 working days written notice or notice in any other recorded form of your intention for cancellation.

I understand what u say contract ends once it's cancelled yet cellc didn't send me any notice olike sms's,letter or call coz gave my mums contact details too to inform and give notice to remind me I have to do cancellation 2015 already but contract still went on deducting till now last month worse can't get my money back as lady at Walmer park cellc said
