Contract sold under false pretence

I am a very disapointed customer of Cell C. A black lady by the name of paula makhuba had called me on the 7th of august and had upgraded my contract , she confirmed that I would receive free Facebook and watsapp on the new upgrade on a monthly basis on both my contract numbers for the next 24 months. Order number ***. This was all a lie! I am now extremly upset with the service from cell c. This shoud be addressed asap!!!
